Hati Pari Cake





Hati Pari or Parek is a traditional cake from Sarawak. It has to be steamed for 8 hours and due to that, this Hati Pari cake can be kept for 1.5 months plus and even more. I've tried once. It consists of black raisins, horlicks and browning (main ingredient of the cake). Very moist and soft. Wanna try?
